The Pokémon Company revealed several exciting projects during its Pokémon Presents February 2025 showcase. Highlights included new details on Pokémon Legends: Z-A, a multiplayer battle game called Pokémon Champions, and updates for Pokémon GO, Pokémon TCG Pocket, and Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Pokémon Legends: Z-A
The biggest reveal was Pokémon Legends: Z-A, set in Lumiose City and launching in late 2025. Players will begin their adventure with Chikorita, Tepig, or Totodile in a high-tech reimagining of the city. The game features open-world exploration, revamped battle mechanics with area-of-effect moves, and the return of Mega Evolution. You can find more details on the official Pokémon website.
Pokémon Champions Announced
A new multiplayer game, Pokémon Champions, was also announced for Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android. Developed by Game Freak and The Pokémon Works, it focuses on battles using Pokémon Home connectivity and includes Mega Evolution and Terastalization.

- A new Pokémon TCG Pocket booster pack launching on February 28.
Pokémon Concierge
- More episodes of Pokémon Concierge arriving on Netflix in September.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
- Mass outbreaks and raid battles coming to Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Pokémon GO
- Black Kyurem and White Kyurem making their debut in Pokémon GO Tour: Unova.
Pokémon Unite
- Pokémon Unite adding Suicune, Alolan Raichu, and Alcremie later this year.
