Mortal Kombat 1 Unleashes T-1000 DLC Gameplay – Plus a Surprise Kameo Fighter!
NetherRealm Studios has revealed the first gameplay footage of the T-1000, the newest DLC fighter in Mortal Kombat 1. Modeled after Robert Patrick’s performance in Terminator 2: Judgment Day, this character brings signature moves straight from the film, including liquid metal transformations, blade arms, and a cinematic Fatality inspired by the iconic truck chase.
Alongside the T-1000, NetherRealm has also introduced Madam Bo as a Kameo fighter. Originally a non-playable character in the story mode, she now joins the game as an assist fighter, adding fresh mechanics to the support system.
DLC Release Dates and Future Plans
- The T-1000 enters early access for Khaos Reigns owners on March 18, with a general release on March 25.
- Madam Bo arrives on March 18 as a free update for Khaos Reigns owners or as a standalone purchase.
- The T-1000 is the final playable character in the Khaos Reigns expansion, which has also introduced Cyrax, Sektor, Noob Saibot, Ghostface, and Conan the Barbarian.
What’s Next for Mortal Kombat 1?
NetherRealm hasn’t confirmed future DLC plans beyond this expansion, but parent company Warner Bros. Discovery has reiterated its commitment to the Mortal Kombat franchise.
